This is one of those flowy late 1980s to early 1990s dresses that can be styled with delicate sandals for a romantic look or paired with Doc Martens to go edgy and grunge. Designed for comfort, with a softly scooped neckline, short dolman sleeves, and a high waist that dips gently down toward center in front and back - the dress still has its elasticized scrunchy self fabric clip that can be used to define the waist a bit.
